I guess I am a bit better today. I was pretty on plan all day yesterday and drank lots of water. I also was able to go potty somewhat normally and on time. Yeah, TMI, whatever! Pooping is part of it, people! Anyways, seemed somewhat normal and kinda took it easy for the rest of the day. However, got quite a bit to do today as long as I continue to feel ok. My weight was 194.5 this AM. Still not great since 192.5 was my lowest weigh-in, but still better than 196. Hoping that by Sunday I am either back down to the 192.5 or lower. I'd settle for 192 flat.
I'm trying to decide right now what to work on today. I need to do some housework, but I would also like to work some on the 'study'. Does having a 'Study' sound snotty? I'm not sure what to call it other than that. It use to be our guest room/workout room but we decided it wasn't getting enough use. So, we took everything out and only put the stuff back in that we can USE. So, the sectional that we had wanted to sell at one point went in there and now we LOVE it! Then the desk that use to be under our stairs went in there and an old lamp and other odds and ends. We plan on using a bunch of the wood leftover from our foyer remodel and some other projects to to make TONS of shelves and things in there so it will be like a mini study/library. I really love it! We sold the dresser that was in there and hadn't been used for like, 5yrs. We moved the futon out to the playroom and it works MUCH better than the sectional. Then the place where our desk use to be is now storage. We moved the coats from the Study's closet in there, extra pantry items, donation box, trash can, and some other things which has helped SO much with clutter all over the house! Now we just need to get the gym area set up in the garage! :D Slowly but surely.
Anyways, in doing all of this some of the stuff we have needs new homes so I am trying to decide if I should work on that stuff or do something else. There is always housework to do, but I need my youngest to be napping to work on the other items. Maybe I'll do some housework here in a bit, work downstairs during naptime, then do more housework after nap.
What I for sure want to fit in today is some Pilates. I only did it 2 times last week, so I was 2 short of what I had hoped to do. I've done ZERO this week! Between working on the house and my stomach, I just didn't do it. So, my goal for this week is to do today and one other making 2 total for this week. If I feel like it, I may do 3. We'll see! I'm feeling optimistic about it at the moment. LOL I enjoy the Pilates and the Stretching. I've been thinking again about cardio and I know I've mentioned I enjoy walking -- outdoors or on the treadmill. But right now while my treadmill is down, I was trying to think of something I could do that would give me a good workout in a short amount of time. On days I do laundry, I go up and down the stairs several (what feels like a hundred!) times. So, I was thinking I could start doing those as sets and then jump rope other times. I know both of those give great toning and cardio in a short amount of time and it's something I could easily do until my treadmill is back up and the weather chills. Although, today the rain has finally stopped. Not sure if it will stay gone, but we will see. I doubt it. BLEH.
Well, took a little break and started the cleanup on the kitchen and finally am eating the rest of my breakfast. I think I will be over just a bit, but not too bad. But I'm not eating meat today for breakfast. I just wanted to eat this last English muffin. So, I am having two of those toasted with butter and fruit salad. Going to have soup and salad for lunch, I think. Or, soup with crackers and spread. Then maybe salad for snack? We'll see. Hope you ladies are doing well. I'm sorry I don't reply often. I just don't get to read like I use to. But I think I'll try to catch up on some while I eat my food! :D
