Shouldn't have...

I weighed.  I shouldn't have.  196 again.  I was finally able to go to the bathroom (twice) but my weight is still up.  I didn't think I did horrible yesterday, but I must've.  UGH.  NOT HAPPY.  Don't know what else to say.  *sigh*


  1. Oh, don't worry! I have not gone off plan throughout the whole of February, always eating less than 1200 calories, and just lost 6 pounds. Then I gained two!! But my clothes fit better, so I suppose it is just a matter of time and the scale will move. Keep working on your plan, drinking water and exercising. We'll beat the scale!

  2. Ugh that sucks I know how you feel. Are you tracking everything? Sometimes we eat more than we think we do. Or sometimes our bodies are just assholes! I wish I could drop kick my scale sometimes! If you continue to stay on track... The results will follow. Although I completely understand your frustration.

  3. Hope you feel better. Sometimes I take a scale break and just focus on staying on plan and being accountable.

    Your going to be alright. It happens. Just reevaluate what have you been doing lately. Have you been exercising or anything that cause you to sweat a lot? If so, you might just be developing muscle mass, thus, increasing your body weight. But in the long run, you'll lose a lot more weight and it also boost your metabolism. But if you didn't, then it's okay. We will help you figure something else out! :) You got a support system here! :)
