I was shocked to get up this AM and see 188.5!  I mean... I ate PIZZA yesterday!  Granted, I stopped as soon as I got full and didn't overeat, but I was completely shocked that I dropped a pound overnight.  Could this come back tomorrow?  Why yes, yes it could!  But I am just so shocked... I've been trying for weeks to budge just one more pound and did intermittent fasting/delayed eating ONE DAY as a test and drop a pound???  It's weird!  Because truth be told, even though I only ate between about 12:30 and 10:30, my cals were the same...  I am not intrigued... So, today, I am doing the same.  Not eating until I feel TRULY hungry.  It's past 10:30 now and I'm not really feeling munchy.  But then again, I've not done much but get out the vacuum, do a bit of vacuuming, clean out the vacuum because oldest clogged it, read and just relax.  I've been trying to do that more in the mornings when I don't feel like being active and doing all the active stuff later in the afternoon when I feel good and am most productive.  Plus, doing it like this gets my 'netting' time out of the way and lets me know what is up for the day.  It's kinda nice!

Anyways, it's just so weird!  I also did my Pilates and some stretching yesterday.  And no, I don't think that did anything for my weight.  It was only the 2nd day this week and I've gone weeks before where I was doing it and had no weight loss.  The only and I do mean ONLY thing different was the delay of breakfast.  So strange...

Well, I'm not going to keep going on and on.  I'm just going to go on and see where this takes me.  Hopefully all you ladies are doing well even with not blogging.  That's when I seem to slip is when I'm not blogging.  I don't think it's anything other than keeping my thoughts straight for me.  It helps to put it out there and see it in black and white for some reason.  OK, going!  I promise!  Lots and LOTS to do!  :D

    Thing! Ooooooh I hope this sticks for you and you say goodbye to the 190's forever! You've worked soooooo hard to lose these pounds! I'm soooo happy for you.

  3. Way to go on the lower than expected number. You know how weird scales are, gal. Sometimes we work our butts off and they don't seem to budge, and other times they go down for no apparent reason whatsoever.
    I think I will weight myself once a month from now on just to keep myself from obsessing about it. I go back and forth on my attitude about scales, to the point where I totally annoy myself.
