My weigh-in this AM was 185! Woot! VERY happy to see that number. Not sure how long I will see it, though. Mostly because, we are going to try to go visit family today and for whatever reason, I tend to put on water weight anytime I have to be in the car for more than a few minutes. It's crazy annoying! But in a day or two, it'll go back down and be normal. But seeing that 185 really makes me happy. Only 1 to 1.5lbs. from my low. Maybe in the next few weeks I'll crack that number and be at an all time new low! Woot! Maybe even break into the high 170's! :O That would be amazing...
Anyways, had a nice little conversation with the hubbs this morning and he decided to weigh. Now, I know weight looks different on men and women, but I've always wanted to weigh less than him and have only for one brief time. But it looks like I'm back under him now! TEE HEE! He is at 189.5. :) He's doing great shaving off his vacation weight, too! I think he was 193. Even when we dated, our weight was close. But by the time he filled out, my weight was shooting up due to the PCOS being out of control. Now he'd like to stay in the high 170's and low 180's but with his body weight mostly made up of muscle. Which right now it isn't because he hasn't had time to work out. He still isn't yet, but we're trying to work out a schedule for him. Now that younger won't nap, I'm trying to figure out what I will do, too. Back on point, I just think it's nice that right now I weigh less than him. He is in no hurry to lose weight. He just wants to do is nice, slow, and steady. Like me, he feels like the loss should be through permanent changes and not just a 'quick fix'. So, no drastic diets or anything for us. Just good ol' fashioned calorie counting and trying to be more active. :)
