So, it is now Monday, so it is a NEW week! Woohoo! Yeah, I'm in a pretty stellar mood this AM. I'm not even sure why! Maybe because I made it through the week with IF? LOL I did make it, but it didn't make a DENT on the number on the scale. And to be honest, I'm not sure why. I tried to go back and add up my cals, and with the amount of work I was doing, I should've seen some real movement. But so far, nada. 192.5 this AM. :/ Not super happy with that, but not sure what else to do with it. I took Ibuprofen and drank water like a crazy person yesterday, and still my number is up. I did finally start using the restroom like normal, so that is a good sign. But I drank a LOT of water to get there. LOTS and LOTS!
But, now that my week is up, it's time to get back to the good ol' 4 Square for me. AKA, 4 400 cal meals. But of course, I break the 4th up into 2 snacks instead of another meal. LOL Already had breakfast this AM at 380 cals. I had a whole wheat bagel thin with crunch pb and honey. Then an apple. The apple may have been more cals than 50, but that's usually what I contribute to an apple. Mostly because most of our apples are between 7 and 8oz. whole. And well, since you lose a lot of apple when you core them, I usually only contriute 50 to 80 cals to them. This AM, my youngest got some of the apple, too. LOL So, so far so good. I know that I need to only consume 1600 cals in a day to lose, but if I want to lose faster, I need to keep active and burn an additional 100 cals per day since to maintain my current weight, I'd need to eat a little over 2000. So, to lose about a pound or so a week, I need to be balancing out to 1400 to 1500 a day. I'm not willing to each much less right now, so, exercise it is! I'm thinking I don't burn much doing Pilates for only 15 to 20mins, but this calculator thing I tried online says between 100 and 150! Which is great! But I need to start doing more walking. I've gotten out of the habit and now is as good a time as any to get back to it. I really need to be thinking more about my health and making it work. Especially with my older one in school now. I have NO excuse not to be doing things and working out. I've been better about Pilates and my diet hasn't been too bad at all, but I need to get on it with the walking/jogging. Yes, sometimes I jog. I super hate it, but it gets my heart rate up to a better burn level without me having to fast walk non-stop. I've also been super great about projects. But it's time to work on more formal exercise... and vitamins. I've been horrible about vitamins! Even with the kiddos. I need to get back on that big time.
Ok, well, I guess I am going to start bringing this to an end. My wrist/arm is starting to get a bit uncomfortable. It's been weird and tingly the last couple of days. So, I don't want to be on here too much. Plus, plenty to do today like a couple of odd errands and laundry. Lots of laundry. I also want to organize the garage a bit more and maybe get some items listed. Ready to get this house cleaned out the rest of the way! :D
