Just the food...

Today's Food:

2 pancakes -- 210
2 slices of bacon -- 80
1 egg -- 80
2oz. raspberries -- 29
Coffee -- 0
Breakfast Total:  399
That's pretty awesome.  LOL

6 olives -- 50

1/2 c Greek Yogurt --  70
24g. Great Grains Cereal -- 90
5g honey -- 15
Snack Total:  175

1 slice lasagna -- 330
1 slice garlic bread -- 85
Dinner Total:  415

1c popcorn -- 30
4oz. Amaretto -- 315
Dessert Total:  345

Today's Total:  1384

Hmmm... low.  Must be my body's natural way of balancing out the high cals from the day before.  I never really got 'hungry' all day.  It was a stressful day, so I had a drink that night versus eating food.  Gotta have a relaxing drink once in a while!  ;)
