I must admit, that I am NOT in any better mood than what I was yesterday.  I don't know why, but I am epicly grouchy.  EVERYTHING is on my nerves.  Especially my stupid TV.  I keep trying to pull out of this funk, but so far, everything has just made me angrier.  I don't like it, but what else can I do?  I had a glass of wine last night and read a book.  I did a ton of housework during the day and even got a lot of paperwork done (bills, checkbook, etc.).  Everything went well and smooth but the kids were fighting non-stop and its like their agitation rubbed off on me.  How does that happen?  But I swear, that's what it feels like.  It sure doesn't help that Stinky got up super early.  Granted, not too big of a deal -- they went to bed early.  But right now, I feel like being a slug -- not up and Mz. Sunshine pants.  AND, my throat is sore from this stupid storm that blew through.  Yup.  Major grouchy pants.  And did I mention I pretty much have a full day of crap I need to do?  Cause I do.  I have a full day of crap to do.  I need to get started soon, actually.  Mostly because I know by this evening I will be too tired to do too much.  I don't 'have' to get out and run errands this afternoon, but I had wanted to go to Costco for milk and a jean jacket.  Then Kohl's to refund my receipt -- I bought stuff and then the NEXT DAY the crap went on sale.  I'm going to either get a refund of the difference or I'm returning it.  ALL.  I REFUSE to be screwed when I even ASKED them at the time of checkout if there was a sale starting soon.  She said no -- not for a couple of weeks and then I got the coupon at 5:30AM with the sale announcement the morning after.  Talk about pissed!  They had plenty of the items I bought, so I don't care one bit to return and re-buy if it is going to be cheaper.  I hope they will just refund the difference.  But if not, RETURN!

Ok, I guess I better get going and have some breakfast.  I've been up like 2 1/2hrs. and I haven't eaten anything, yet.  And I know my coffee is done.  So, I guess I will eat, drink my coffee, work on a better mood and purge a paper bin.  Then I'll finish off my taxes.  They're pretty easy this year -- no deductions since we maxed out all the home remodeling and energy efficient ones and we had no medical ones with the new HSA.  Fun fun.  So, I just need to get it done, turned in, and so on.  Might as well be now since no stores here even open until 10AM.  Off I go.

The day has progressed better and I've been productive.  No workout, yet, but I have at least gotten other priority things done.  I hope I can drudge up some energy to get my workout in, but right now I'm feeling majorly drained.  I hate getting up early.  Although... I was productive so I guess it was ok.  LOL

I just couldn't drink it with the milk and cream.  I'm not sure why... I thought I wanted something like a latte, but that just wasn't it.  So... I poured it out.  LOL

3oz. beef -- 180
2tsp. parm -- 20

This is probably a bit over.  I made two plates -- one for me and one for hubby and somehow, I think I messed up because my total weight after was off!  Anyways, I ended up giving him the bigger plate that had more food so these measurements are under.

Not sure on dessert... may do something, but not sure what.  Maybe just a dark chocolate square.  I am tired and would rather go to bed soon.

Well, we stayed up to watch an episode of 'The Glades'.  Man do I love that show!
