Getting back into a good groove.  Or at least trying to.  LOL

Today's Food:

1 blueberry bagel -- 260

2 mediterranean chickpea patties -- 240
1 serving cottage cheese -- 90
4.25oz. strawberries -- 39

1 hamburger with everything -- 310
1 value fry -- 230
diet root beer -- 0
Dinner Total:  540
Total so far is 1434 but I did a LOT of walking and my challenge workout.  I probably should do more as far as cardio, but with all of the walking, I feel like it all balances out.  lol

2 palmiers -- 220
water -- 0
Dessert Total:  220

Today's Total:   1654
Meh.  I'll take it.  Weigh-in is on Saturday, I believe.  I doubt I will have a loss, but oh well.  Gotta keep doing it.  Can't go back!
