Better

So far I am feeling a bit better today.  I think it helps that when hubby got home this AM, after a quick shower, he gave me a deep tissue massage.  Man oh man did it hurt but after a little more sleep, I feel much better!  I think the tension is why I haven't been sleeping.  Also, I think it may be time to suck it up and go to the chiro... I can't keep living like this!  Although... it may improve now that I am trying to get back to working out.  I remember it improving before.  And with the hubby's honkin' big doc bill... well... we will see.

Anyways, I'm feeling better even though we all slept in.  But now it is time to get up and get crack-a-lackin'.  I need to catch some housework up and maybe get outside for a bit.  Then tonight is day 2 of my new plan.  I am going to run through the full she-bang tonight and see if there are any other tweaks to make.  I want to look up a few more ab exercises to see which one works the best for me.  But I want to keep things as-is for now and see how it goes.  I definitely see that in some areas I will need LOTS of work.  Like my arms.  LOL

Ok!  I'm back!  Did my workout and did pretty well on food.  I didn't really calorie count, but I know for sure that I got in a lot of fruit and veggies.  I did eyeball stuff, though.  I didn't want to go nuts.  The only place that had a possibility of being high was the spontaneous stop for froyo.  But it's ok because I had one small serving and then skipped my normal dessert time.  Plus, snack was small.  :)  Feeling pretty good and I even got in my vitamins.  :)

That is all for today.  Not feeling super chatty and it is LATE!  Much later than I had planned since I did errands late after working around the house and back yard a bit today.  So, off for a quick shower then into the bed.  Back to trying to get on schedule tomorrow!  LOL
