Touching base

Thought I would touch base on touching the scale.  That is, I decided to weigh this morning.  And the number is.... 183.5.  I had started to get dressed but refused to take all of my clothes back off.  But I had peed!  LOL  So..  I'd say 183 to 183.5 is right.  Which means I am only up about 5lbs. from my absolute lowest.  I'll take it.  But at the same time, I'm bummed with myself.  I can't seem to sleep, I can't seem to eat right.  The ONLY thing I've been good at lately is attempting to get back into working out and keeping the house pretty ok.  But that is it.  Boy oh boy do I need some time out because today I don't feel like doing ANYTHING.  AT ALL.  I feel like napping.  I didn't sleep at all last night.  :/  I feel like crud.  Hopefully tonight is better.  I am still going to try to get in at least 10mins. on the bike and my challenge.  :)  I think I can do it.  I already did more walking today with the back to school routine. 

Anyways.... nothing else really to report other than the weather here sucks donkey balls.  Stormy, wet, humid and sucky.

  2. Bike sounds like an excellent idea! I think you gotta stay motivated girl! :) Find inspiration! I think biking will make a great de-stresser & therapeutic use. I use to do this last summer. Get on a bike, turn on your MP3 player. Ride to your favorite song & reflect. Relax, enjoy the view. (of if your doing a stationary bike), You can always take a trip down memory lane. It's quite nice. And after 30 minutes of biking, you'll feel good both inner & outter! :)
