Whoa... 

My head is a bit better.  I still have a low grade headache, but nothing that isn't livable.  AND, I got in my 30mins on the bike last night.  :)  And you know, I loved it!  :)  May do that again here in a bit.  I don't want to do too much together, but it sounds relaxing to me.  I may sweat and hurt a bit, but in the end I feel so nice and relaxed.  I wonder why I feel that way after the bike but not after the other stuff?  Strange.
