Update

Yo, Gertie!  Glad to see you back in blog land.  LOL  And SO DARN PROUD of you for passing your tests and getting your license!  WOOT!!! 

Now, to your question.... yes, I've been sticking to plan.  It's only been a few weeks, but I am.  I'm on MFP (MyFitnessPal) now for tracking and new motivation.  :)  It's good as long as you don't allow yourself to get drug into the drama on the message boards!  LOL  I'm now working on my last 35ish pounds.  I hope I can get it done this round, but you know me, I take it as it comes.  Right now, just trying to get back into the 170's!  SO CLOSE!

Speaking of, after a couple of hard workouts, being busy, and a high sodium dinner I was 183 this morning.  BOO.  I was hoping after the last weight in of 180.5 to be back in the 170's, but I can wait it out.  I figured with the heavy workout plus adding in weights this last week I would be up a bit.  Ok, I KNEW I would be because I'm a bit sore.  I still need to get my workout in today actually so I can't make this long.  Busy weekend coming up!

Speaking of, I really should get rolling.  I have a ton to do today and I haven't even eaten anything, yet.  Why?  I'm not sure.  I just haven't felt like it.  But I need to finish up some things.  At least I got started!  I still haven't done my email, fb, or MFP this AM.  Ok, gotta get rolling!

  1. Dang woman that's phenomenal! I remember when you were in the 189s! You've done such an awesome job! That totally makes me psyched for my own weightloss. Yea sodium is a drag isn't but water is water so it won't stay at the 183s very long! So glad to be back! Thank you so much for the support and positive thoughts <3! This time around I can definitely be more active and support you all the way! :)
