I am trying REALLY hard to be positive today, but right now, I'm feeling darn negative and I'm not sure WHAT is wrong with me.  I shouldn't have PMS this soon, but it sure FEELS like PMS. 

Ok, just went and checked and I am BETTING it is PMS.  Which means I need to rein it in now.  I don't have much control on how I feel, but I can TRY not to take it out on others.  I will probably start around the 13th.  Which is good.  Because hopefully that means my cycle will be over by vacation.  Whether it is or not, we're going.  lol 

At least I know now what is going on with that.  I think to help with my mood, I'm going to go get in a ride downstairs.  That will give me 3 workouts for the week.  One was hours of yard work.  Another was a ride (yesterday) and even though I would normally walk today, I think I will ride again.  It just sounds good.  But first, I think I need to update my MP3 player.  The music is old and getting on my nerves.  And it needs to charge -- it is right now.  But the changing of the music will probably have to wait because I don't feel like messing with it now!

I have been somewhat productive today.  I have more to do, though.  So maybe I should go do that while my darn battery charges.  CRAP.  My phone just beeped and said it was dying, too!  UGH.  AND, I just looked over and realized my lappy is about to die soon, too.  SO glad the hubby just bought new charge cords so we have plenty!  YAY!  I guess I should go then and focus on finishing up some vacuuming along with some dusting.  Then downstairs to put a few things away and get in a workout.  Hopefully it will put me in a better mood.  Something needs to!  LOL

  1. I like what you said about targeting the stresser and being prepared for it. I know when I'm most vulnerable asond I raise up my defense mechanisms in place so I don't fall off the wagon.
